選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1　皮膚T細胞リンパ腫。紫外線照射療法（UVA1療法）が適応となる皮膚T細胞リンパ腫患者

2　同意取得日の年齢が 16 歳以上、60 歳未満の患者。ただし、20 歳未満の場合は代諾者（患者の両親等）の同意取得も行う。

3　研究参加について患者本人から文書による同意が得られている患者。

1 Cutaneous T-cell Lymphomas patients who are candidates for phototherapy.

2 Age between 16 and 65,written approval of patient. If the patient is a minor, the consent is needed from both the patient and the legal representative.
3 Patients who can understand the study and can issue consent to the study in writing.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1 光線療法が禁忌の患者
・皮膚悪性腫瘍を活性化または再発する恐れがある患者
・色素性乾皮症、放射線治療歴、砒素の内服や接触歴がある等の高発がんリスクの患者（発がんリスクを高める可能性がある）　
・遺伝性光過敏症、白皮症、ポルフィリン症、光線過敏性膠原病などの顕著な光線過敏を有する患者（紫外線に過敏に反応する可能性ある）

2 研究開始前3ヶ月間以内に他の臨床研究、治験に参加していた患者

3 妊娠又は妊娠している可能性のある女性、及び授乳中の女性。
研究期間中に妊娠を希望する患者

4その他、研究責任者または研究分担者が研究対象として不適格と判断する患者

1 Patient who is not candidates for phototherapy.
- Patient who will activate or recur malignant skin tumors.
- Patient who has high carcinogenic risk(xeroderma pigmentosum, radiation therapy, internal use or touching career of arsenic etc.)
- Patient who has remarkable photodermatosis(hereditary photodermatosis, albinism, porphyria, photosensitive collagen disease etc.)

2 Patient who participated other clinical studies or trials within 3 months of this study entry.

3 Pregnant or possibly pregnant women, or breastfeeding women. Women who wish to become pregnant during study participation.

4 Patient who is judged inappropriate to participate in the study by the investigator.
