害事象（頻度、重症度、期間、因果関係、重篤性、分類）、死亡、重篤な有害事象、有害事象に起因する中止

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
(1) 同種臍帯血移植の適応である血液疾患を有する方
（急性骨髄性白血病、急性リンパ性白血病、再生不良性貧血、骨髄異形成症候群）。それ以外の疾患については、日本造血細胞移植学会編「造血細胞移植ガイドラインhttps :/ / www.jshct.com/ guideline 」を参照とする）。
(2) 年齢が20歳以上、70歳以下。
(3) 原病が寛解中である（登録前30日以内）。ただし骨髄異形成症候群に関しては、疾病の特性上寛解になるとは稀である。そのため骨髄中の芽球が、有核細胞の10% 未満であり、かつ末梢血における芽球が、5% 未満の場合（病型分類でRAEB -1に相当）には適格とする。
(4) 臍帯血移植について既に同意が得られている。
(5) 説明文書・同意文書による同意が得られている。
(6) P e r f o r mance s tatus (EC O G)が2以下。
(7) 臍帯血ユニット選択基準の項に示すような臍帯血
ユニットが得られる。
(8) 以下の臓器機能の基準をすべて満たす（登録前30
日以内）。
(a) 左室駆出率　40％以上
(b) 肺機能検査　予想一秒率（ % F EV1.0） 60％以上
かつ予想肺活量（ % VC ） 50％以上
(c) AST / AL T が5XUL N未満
(d) 血清クレアチニンが3XUL N未満

1. Patients with hematological disorders to be applied to cord blood cell transplantation.
2. Patient aged from 20 to 70 years
3. The disease is under complete remission (except for MDS).
4. Patients undergoing cord blood trans plantation.
5. Patients with agreements with the documents of this study.
6. Performance status is below 2.
7. Cord blood is available from cord blood center.
8. Patient with favorable organ functions .
ejection fraction > 40%
% F EV1.0 > =60 and % VC >= 50
AST / ALT < 5 X ULN
serum creatinine < 3 X ULN

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1) H IV抗体が陽性である患者。
(2) 過去6ヶ月以内にGemtuzumab ozogamicin (Mylotarg )の投与歴を有する患者。
(3) 妊娠・授乳中であるもの。
(4) コントロール不良な精神疾患を有するもの。
(5) コントロール不良な感染症を有するもの。
(6) 前治療法に用いる薬剤ならびに急性GVH D予防に
用いる薬剤に対し過敏症の既往のある患者。
(7) 前回移植から１年未満の再移植症例。
(8) その他、研究責任医師または研究分担医師が本研
究の対象に不適格と判断した患者。

3. Patients with pregnancy, breast feeding or possibility o f pregnancy.
4. Patients with uncontrollable mental illness .
5. Patients with treatment-resistant infection.
6. Patients with drug allergy to wards anti-cancer drug s or immunosuppressants .
7. Patients who had another transplantation within 12 months .
8. Other conditions considered not suitable for the study by doctors .
