参加者の倦怠感セルフマネジメントを促進するために、4つのステップ（倦怠感について知る、倦怠感による体調の波をつかむ、効果的な対処法を見出す、倦怠感に合わせて活動を拡げる）で構成したケアプログラムを、2回の個別セッションにより提供する。

Nursing interventions to promote participant fatigue self-management are conducted in two separate sessions consisting of four steps: learn of fatigue, assess physical condition, cope with fatigue, and expand one's activities.

・乳がんと診断されている
・乳房切除術／乳房温存術を予定あるいは終えている
・標準レジメンの補助化学療法を受けている
・研究参加への同意がある

Women are eligible who if
; have be diagnosed with breast cancer
; mastectomy / breast conserving surgery planned or completed
; undergoing standard adjuvant chemotherapy and
; give informed consent.
除外基準/Key exclusion criteria
日本語
・既往症による活動制限がある
・日本語による会話および質問紙への回答に支障がある
・倦怠感に影響する栄養障害、貧血、電解質異常がある
・研究参加に問題があると主治医が判断した者

Excluded women who:
; have activity restrictions due to preexisting illness
; can't speak Japanese and answer questionnaires
; have malnutrition, anemia, or electrolyte abnormalities that affect fatigue
; judged by the attending physician to have problems participating in the study
