１）咽喉頭腫瘍に内視鏡下経口的切除を施行した症例

２）試験参加について十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上、患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者様を本研究の対象とする

1) Patients with endoscopic submucosal dissection or endoscopic laryngo-pharyngeal surgery for pharyngeal or esophageal tumor.
2) Patients consent to be included in the study based on his/her own free will after sufficient informing and understanding of the study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１）内視鏡的治療が困難な症例
２）パフォーマンスステータス 4 の症例
３）他臓器に重篤な合併症を有する症例
４）その他、試験責任(分担)医師が被験者として不適切と判断した症例

1) Cases having difficulty in endoscopic approach
2) Cases with Performance Status 4
3) Cases with sever complication in other organs except original disease
4) Cases judged by principal investigator to be inadequate as subjects
