転移性肝腫瘍の存在を示す画像所見、低分子代謝産物を明らかにし、この統合解析により、画像診断単独の場合と比較して診断能が向上するか評価を行う。

We clarified radiological findings and the presene of low molecular weight metabolites in liver metastasis and evaluate whether diagnostic ability is improved by this integrated analysis as compared with the case of radiologial diagnosis alone.

日本語
膵癌あるいは胆道癌と診断されたもの、あるいは疑われているもの。
転移性肝腫瘍の有無の評価のため肝細胞特異性MRI造影剤Gd-EOB-DTPAが予定されているもの。
20歳以上で、性別は問わない。

Patient who was dagnosed or suspected pancreatic cancer or biliary tract cancer.
Patients who evaluate whether liver metastais is present using hepatocyte-specific MRI contrast agent Gd-EOB-DTPA.
Over 20 years old.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
気管支喘息の既往のあるもの。
腎機能障害のあるもの（eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73㎡）。
体内異物（手術時のクリップ、ステント、整形外科的手術時に埋め込まれたものなど）
入れ墨、アートメイク
閉所恐怖症
