測定する項目：年齢、性別、PS，G8、NCCN-IPI,Charlson comorbidity index,EQ-5D-5L(登録時、半年後、1年後、2年後),血清アルブミン,在院日数、
化学療法、治療効果、再発の有無、生存日、死亡日
