急性白血病、悪性リンパ腫、骨髄異形成症候群、多発性骨髄腫と診断された患者
文書による同意が得られた患者

patients diagnosed with leukemia,malignant lymphoma,myelodysplasia syndrome,multiple myeloma
patients who got written informed consent

2018年7月-2022年6月に当施設を受診した患者で選択基準に合致した全員
測定する項目：年齢、性別、PS,Min-cog、G8、Charlson comorbidity index,EQ-5D-5L(登録時、退院時、1年後、2年後),血清アルブミン,在院日数、医療費
化学療法減量、治療効果、再発の有無、生存日、死亡日

Items to be measured:age,sex,PS,Min-cog,G8,Charlson comobidity index,EQ-5D-5L(registration,1year,2year),serum Alb,hospital days,medical costs,Chemotherapy weight loss, treatment effect, presence or absence of relapse, survival date, date of death
