主な結果/Results	44患者のSNADETsを評価した。visibility scoreは、LCIで3.53±0.59と、WLIの2.66±0.79、BLI brightの3.41±0.64よりも有意に高かった。また周囲の正常粘膜に比した病変の色差も、LCIで19.09±8.33と、WLIの8.67±4.81、BLI brightの12.92±7.95よりも有意に高かった。さらに、これらの結果はmilk white mucosa（MWM）の有無によらずに有意だった。	For SNADETs of 44 patients, the visibility scores of LCI (3.53+-0.59) were significantly higher than those of WLI and BLI-b (2.66+-0.79 and 3.41+-0.64, respectively). The color differences between SNADETs and the adjacent normal duodenal mucosa in LCI mode (19.09+-8.33) were significantly higher than those in WLI and BLI-b modes (8.67+-4.81 and 12.92+-7.95, respectively).

参加者背景/Baseline Characteristics	44患者44病変を評価。平均年齢は66.2±9.5歳。男性32名、女性12名。平均腫瘍経は9.7±5.9mm。	In total, 44 patients and 44 lesions were evaluated. The mean age was 66.2+-9.5. Male were 32 and female were 12. The mean tumor size was 9.7+-5.9mm.
参加者の流れ/Participant flow	2017年9月～2019年6月までに、連続的にSNADETs患者が本試験に参加した。	Between September 2017 and June 2019, consecutive patients diagnosed with SNADETs were enrolled in this study.
