目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
胸部原発（肺がん、縦隔腫瘍または悪性胸膜中皮腫）などの固形腫瘍に対して治療（全身化学療法、放射線療法など）を検討している、またはその可能性がある患者を対象に、治療前後の血液、腫瘍検体を用いて、遺伝子発現、免疫学的プロファイリングを行い、治療の効果や毒性に関連する変異、発現、多型などを評価する。

By analyzing genetic expression and immune profiling of clinical specimens from patients with thoracic and other solid tumor who are planned for or treated with anti-cancer treatment, changes related to efficacy or safety will be evaluated.

当センター中央病院において胸部原発などの固形腫瘍に対して治療（全身化学療法、放射線療法など）を検討している、またはその可能性がある患者
腫瘍・非腫瘍組織のいずれも一つ以上が得られる患者
本研究の参加について文書同意（informed consent）が得られた患者
