①根治切除不能な悪性黒色腫と診断された者。
②成人(20歳以上）
③本研究への参加について、本人から文書により同意が取得できた場合

英語
1) patients who were diagnosed as malignant melanoma and unable to remove tumors surgically.
2) patients whose age are more than 20y
3) patients who agree to register this study after an informed concent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

① 本研究に試料等（血液）を用いることについて取り止めの申し出があった者
② 成人に満たない者
③ 重複癌を有する者
④ ニボルマブに対してアレルギーを有する者
⑤ ニボルマブの治療期間中に他の抗癌剤を開始した者

1) patients who offer withdrawal from the entry of this study
2) patients whose age are under 20y
3) patients with multiple cancers
4) patients who have allergy to anti-PD-1 antibody
5) patients who received other immune therapy than anti-PD-1 antibody
