選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

PS (ECOG)が0～2の患者
重篤な臓器障害の無い患者（T.Bil＜2.0 mg/dL、AST・ALTが正常値上限の3倍以下、CCr＜2.0mg/dl、心駆出率＞50%、SpO2＞95%）
3ヶ月以上の生存可能と予想される患者
AML (FAB分類のM3を除く)もしくはMDS (病期は問わない)
以下のドナーを用いた同種造血幹細胞移植を受ける患者
　HLA のA/B/DRの6遺伝子座が完全一致した血縁・非血縁ドナー、5遺伝子座一致・1抗原/遺伝子座不一致の血縁・非血縁ドナー、A/B/DRのうち2抗原以下の不一致で、全有核細胞数≧2×10E7/kgである臍帯血
本研究内容につき説明の上で患者本人から文書による同意が得られている患者

PS (ECOG) is 0 to 2
no sever organ dysfunction (T.Bil<2.0 mg/dL, AST/ALT =>3XUNL, CCr<2.0mg/dl, EF>50%, SpO2>95%)
patients will survive more than three months
AML(without FAB M3) or MDS
patients transplant from following donors:
HLA (A, B, DR) 6/6 allele matched related or unrelated donor
HLA (A, B, DR) 5/6 allele matched related or unrelated donor
less than 2 HLA (A, B, DR) antigens mismatched cord blood with =>2X10E7/kg nuclear cells
patients obtained informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
HIV抗体が陽性である患者
活動性の重複癌を有する患者
コントロール不良な精神疾患を有する患者
活動性の感染症を有する患者
造血幹細胞移植の既往を有する患者
治療計画で使用が予定されている薬剤に対して過敏症の既往を有する患者
妊娠している患者
その他担当医によって研究登録が不適切と判断される患者
