選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1. 以下の確定診断がついている。
atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor, INI-1 陰性choroid plexus carcinoma
2. 腫瘍摘出術から6週間以内。
3. 放射線治療の既往がない。
4．先行する化学療法がおこなわれていないか、1コース以下。
5. PSスコアが3以下。
6．白血球数>2000、好中球数>1000、血小板数>10万、ALT<100 IU/L、T-bil<1.5 mg/dl、クレアチニンが年齢正常値以下

1. Diagnosis of 1 of the following, atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor, INI-1 negative choroid plexus carcinoma.
2. Has undergone operation within the past 42 days.
3. No prior radiotherapy.
4. None or one course of prior chemotherapy.
5. PS score: 0-3.
6. WBC >2000/mm3, ANC >1000/mm3, Platelet count >100000/mm3, ALT <100 IU/L, T-bil <1.5 mg/dl, serum creatinine < upper limit of normal.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 重複癌を有する。
2. 治療を有する心疾患を有する。
3. 妊娠中もしくは授乳中である。

英語
1. Has double cancer.
2. Has cardiac disease for which treatment is necessary.
3. Pregnant or nursing.
