北海道大学病院及び北海道がんセンター、市立札幌病院で膀胱癌、腎盂尿管癌に対し根治的手術が施行される患者。

Patients who are going to undergo definitive surgery for
bladder cancer or upper urinary tract cancer at Hokkaido University Hospital, Hokkaido Cancer center or Sapporo City General Hospital are included in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

遠隔転移のある患者
手術前に化学療法行った患者
手術前に放射線照射をおこなった患者
その他、研究責任者が不適当と判断した患者

Patients are excluded with distant metastasis, systemic chemotherapy or radiotherapy

膀胱癌と腎盂尿管癌に対して根治的手術予定の患者を対象とする。参加施設でのリンパ節郭清範囲を統一して行い、郭清エリアごとの微小リンパ節転移を含むリンパ節転移の頻度を明らかとする。

Our aim is to determine the incidence of node disease including micrometastasis in patients with bladder or upper urinary tract cancer. The dissection area is standardized in the participating hospitals.
