This study aimed to develop an educational program that combines e-learning materials with stage-matched email support to promote health-related behaviors among women aged 18 to 29 who experience menstrual pain that disrupts daily life, and to evaluate its effectiveness.

Stages of change related to gynecological care-seeking and the preparatory behaviors toward gynecological consultation.
A sub-analysis will be conducted using age, marital status, subjective economic status, dysmenorrhea scores, history of gynecological visits, and baseline stage of change as analytical factors.

Women who experience menstrual pain that disrupts daily life
・History of gynecological visits for menstrual pain as the chief complaint
・Gynecological visit within the past six months
・Ongoing gynecological care
・History of endometriosis, uterine fibroids, adenomyosis, ovarian cysts, and/or secondary dysmenorrhea
・Current use of oral contraceptive pills
・Participation in the pilot trial
・Inability to understand Japanese
