This study is an observational study aimed at establishing the PASS [Patient Acceptable Symptom State] threshold for the PRWE [PatientRated Wrist Evaluation]. The study targets patients undergoing open reduction and internal fixation for distal radius fractures in an orthopedic setting who meet the specified selection criteria. While the MCID [Minimal Clinically Important Difference] for the PRWE indicating the magnitude of improvement has already been determined [11.5-14 points], the threshold for PASS representing the absolute level at which patients consider their condition acceptable has not yet been established. The objective of this study is to establish the PRWE PASS threshold for patients who have undergone surgical treatment, assessed at 6 weeks, 3 months, and 6 months postoperatively.
