Changes in the total and subscale scores of the 19-item, three-factor Occupational Health Nurses' Competency for Involvement in Workplace Health Policy Decision-Making Processes Scale across three time points: before training (T1), immediately after training (T2), and one month after training (T3).
Key secondary outcomes
1) Self-efficacy and perceived applicability to practice (T2); 2) reactions to the training, including satisfaction, usefulness, and difficulty (T2); 3) transfer to practice and behavioral indicators one month after training (T3); and 4) proposals/coordination related to workplace health initiatives and final approvals obtained during the one-month follow-up (exploratory, T3).

Interventions/Control_1
An educational training program centered on case-based learning using a fictitious company. Before the live sessions, participants view ten on-demand videos (approximately 10 minutes each) and complete assignments using a workplace health initiative planning worksheet. Two 120-minute live online sessions are conducted via Zoom, covering identification of key health issues and their causes, development of an initiative plan, presentations to decision makers, and peer feedback. Questionnaires are administered before, immediately after, and one month after training.

2) Is an occupational health nurse (public health nurse or registered nurse) directly employed by a company or workplace
3) Has less than 10 years of experience as an occupational health nurse
4) Has access to Zoom and an internet connection
