Participants' stress levels and illogical beliefs significantly decreased as a result of the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) intervention. Before and after the REBT session, the participants' reactions to stress and irrational beliefs differed significantly. The follow-up study's findings confirm the long-lasting benefits of REBT and show the intervention's long-term influence.
