Professionals such as physicians, nurses and occupational therapists who have been involved for at least five years in practices and research related to dementia prevention classes, dementia cafes and meetings for people with dementia as well as in practices and research related to supporting older adults sense of purpose and health promotion and preventive care for the elderly

Study Design
Qualitative research without intervention

Research Outline
Items with high content validity will be selected from a pool of items developed based on literature reviews and interviews. Using the Delphi method, evaluation items will be determined through discussions among physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and others engaged in dementia prevention and elderly care.
The Delphi method will be conducted in accordance with Step 1 of the COSMIN methodology for evaluating the content validity of PROMs.
