To investigate the effects of chronotype-matched and chronotype-mismatched exercise timing on glucose and lipid metabolism responses following acute exercise

Perform moderate-intensity aerobic exercise in the morning
Perform moderate-intensity aerobic exercise in the evening

Healthy adult males aged 18-34
Those who answered morning type (>=59) or evening type (<=41) on the Morningness-Eveningness Questionnaire
・Individuals with a medical diagnosis of diabetes or dyslipidemia
・Individuals using lipid/blood glucose lowering agents or metabolism related drugs and supplements
・Individuals taking antipsychotics, sleeping pills, or steroids that may affect circadian rhythms or clock gene fluctuations
・Individuals with sleep apnea syndrome
・Individuals with a pacemaker or metal implants in their body (excluding silver fillings)
・Individuals who will be working or traveling with time zones within 14 days prior to the pre-survey or during the study period
・Individuals with a body mass index (BMI) outside the range of 18.5-24.9 kg/m^2, or weighing less than 50.0 kg
・Individuals with high levels of physical activity (more than 150 minutes of moderate-to-high intensity physical activity per week: 600 METs or higher)
