Respondents to this questionnaire were physicians or nurses/licensed practical nurses registered with a survey research company who had performed nasogastric tube insertion for the aim of nutritional administration at least once within the past year.

This web-based questionnaire survey is a survey study in which eligible participants who meet the selection criteria respond through a monitor panel of physicians, nurses, and licensed practical nurses.
Participants proceed to the questionnaire after providing informed consent; however, they are informed that they may discontinue their responses at any point during the survey and may also withdraw their consent even after submitting their responses.
Data collection and aggregation of the results are conducted by the survey company. The research institution receives anonymized raw data that do not contain personal information, as well as aggregated results, and conducts the analysis.
