All participants underwent a sequential protocol consisting of 10 weeks of resistance training, followed by 12 weeks of detraining and 10 weeks of retraining.

Male
Healthy men aged between 18 and 30.
Participants who have been assessed by the principal investigator or a co-investigator and found to be in good health.
Participants who have received a full explanation of the studys objectives and methods and have provided written consent.
Those who have orthopedic conditions affecting the upper or lower extremities.
Those who have known allergies to any food components included in the provided meals.
Those who have confirmed or suspected hepatitis B or C infection.
Those who have a history of cardiovascular disease, including heart disease or hypertension.
Those who are deemed unsuitable for participation by the principal investigator.
