To verify the effectiveness of a family nursing learning support system (LMS) developed to enable clinical nurses to effectively learn family nursing.
Efficacy
At the start of learning in the family nursing learning support program and after the end of learning (approximately one month), the effectiveness of using the family nursing LMS will be examined using the family nursing practice self-assessment scale, the difficulty scale for family nursing practice, the family nursing diagnostic level, learning content, and learning utilization history.

Clinical nurses will implement the family nursing learning content presented by the family nursing LMS (including "Family Theory and Assessment," "Roles and Attitudes of Nurses," "Concepts of Family Nursing," and "Application of Practice") for approximately 1 to 2 months. The effectiveness of utilizing the family nursing LMS will be examined by assessing the Family Nursing Practice Self-Assessment Scale, the Difficulty Scale Regarding Family Nursing Practice, the Diagnostic Level of Family Nursing, the learning content, and the history of utilization, both at the start and after the completion of the learning.

At the time of the survey request, the participants will be nursing professionals currently working in clinical settings. Nursing professionals are defined as individuals who provide nursing care to people, including nurses, public health nurses, and midwives.
Individuals who are not providing nursing care to people at the time of the survey request.
