Repeated-measures correlation (rmcorr) revealed a significant negative correlation between pre- to post-exercise changes in plasma AEA concentrations and change in negative affect after the low-intensity exercise.

No abnormal findings on health checkups, no current medication, non-smoking status, and no history of fainting during venipuncture. Participant characteristics are Age (years) 20.6(1.0), Height (cm) 164.6(7.1), Body mass (kg) 61.2(11.7), BMI (kg/m2) 22.5(3.4).
A priori statistical power analysis using G*Power 3.1.9.7 indicated that a sample size of 24 was necessary to detect. To account for potential dropouts, 30 participants were recruited.
No adverse events were reported during the study.
