To determine whether educational interventions based on self-regulated learning theory enhance nursing students' motivation to acquire nursing skills.

Educational intervention on nursing techniques for changing nightwear
Intervention content
Based on self-regulated learning, during the anticipation phase, goal setting and goal revision are performed, along with self-assessment of nursing skills for changing bedding and clothing.
During the implementation phase, records of nursing skill practice sessions are monitored.
During the self-reflection phase, self-assessment of nursing skills and self-assessment of goals are conducted.
