Intervention group: Performs three types of thoracic stretches (trunk rotation, thoracic extension, thoracic rotation). Trunk and thoracic rotation stretches are performed 5 times on each side for 10 seconds. Thoracic extension stretches are performed 5 times for 10 seconds.

Control group: 10 minutes of quiet sitting.

Healthy adult males

Key exclusion criteria

Individuals with respiratory diseases, heart disease, or painful orthopedic conditions of the thoracic cage, and those for whom written consent cannot be obtained.
