This study aimed to investigate the effect of a six-week specific warm-up training program on the prevention of lower limb injuries in elite taekwondo athletes.
Efficacy
isokinetic strength of knee 60 and 180o/s and ankle flexor/extensor muscles, knee and ankle proprioception.
static and dynamic balance, and lower limb power asymmetry (single hop, triple hop, and countermovement jump).

Male and Female
Participate in at least one official event this year.
Both male and female.
Have at least one quota place in the Olympic Games.
Have a medal in the World Championships.
No lower limb injury in the past three to six months.
Dissatisfaction with continuing activity and cooperation in the research.
Failure to regularly participate in training sessions and having at least two consecutive absences.
Occurrence of any injury or increased pain in the implementation of training programs.
Having a training program that is consistent with the protocol in the research.
