Key inclusion criteria

i) they had to be female administrative personnel; ii) they must be working a public or private institutions; iii) they had to have at least five years of experience; iv) they had to have a high job burnout score.

Key exclusion criteria

Those who failed to meet the requirements were declared ineligible, admitted for further treatment, and diagnosed with psychosis.
