To determine the impact of emergency medicine clinical clerkships on medical students' interest, self-efficacy, and career orientation through a pre-post comparison.
Additionally, by comparing changes in interest, aspirations, and self-efficacy by gender, to identify gender-related factors in educational outcomes and derive implications for designing more effective and equitable emergency medicine education programs.

1. Survey Implementation Method
The survey will be conducted as a self-administered questionnaire using Google Forms.
It will be administered twice: just before the start of the practical training (pre-measurement) and during weeks 2-3 of the practicum (post-measurement).
Participants will be asked to enter an anonymous ID consisting of their "date of birth + initials" to link their pre- and post-measurement responses.
2. Data Management and Analysis
After aggregating the response data, pre- and post-data will be matched using the anonymous IDs, and statistical analysis will be performed. Furthermore, changes in the acquired data will be compared and examined between males and females, and statistical analysis will be conducted.
