Combined end point of death or readmission after 1 year from the date of hospital discharge

Readmission after 6 months or 1 year from the date of hospital discharge

Key exclusion criteria
Under 18 years old
Patients who do not consent
Patients with contraindications for bioelectrical impedance analysis, such as those with pacemakers
