The purpose of the present study is to examine the effects of timing of meals or green tea beverage ingestion on health-related parameters in adults and elderly people.

Obtained written informed consent from the participant before participation.
1)Individuals with diabetes, renal disorder, dyslipidemia, etc. that require dietary restrictions, and those treated for these conditions.
2)Individuals who taking antipsychotic or hormonal agents that may affect appetite.
3)Individuals who have experienced physical problems in the past due to a blood test.
4)Individuals who have food allergies.
5)individuals who are set pacemaker and metal in body (excluding dental filling).
6)individuals who are engaged shift work and travel with jetlag within 2 weeks.
7)Individuals who have irregular menstrual patterns, Individuals who are or are possibly pregnant.
8)Individuals who are using depression, sleeping, steroid medications.
9)Individuals who suffered from sleep apnea.
10)Individuals who are smoker, Individuals who are habitual drinkers.
11)Individuals who routinely perform strenuous aerobic exercise.
