This study will conduct laboratory measurements under two conditions: (1) a walking exercise condition (WALK) and (2) a seated rest condition (CON). In the WALK condition, participants will perform a 40-minute walking exercise at a speed of 4.8 km per hour.
This study will conduct laboratory measurements under two conditions: (1) a walking exercise condition (WALK) and (2) a seated rest condition (CON). In the CON condition, participants will remain seated at the laboratory.

1) Who is 18 years old or older
1) Who has a medical history of serious diseases such as cardiovascular or chronic kidney disease.
2) Who has taken any medication to lower blood pressure, blood glucose levels, blood lipid levels, blood uric acid levels, or blood phosphate levels.
3) Who has any food allergies to the foods prepared for this study.
4) Who is unable to perform walking exercise.
5) Who is unable to comply with the study protocol.
