Objectives

Narrative objectives1

To clarify the actual situation of emergency calls and initial responses during cardiac arrest in elderly care facilities, and to explore factors that influence delays and prompt actions.

Basic objectives2

Others

Basic objectives -Others

This study aims to obtain a multifaceted understanding of the contextual factors underlying emergency call behaviors in elderly care facilities, which cannot be fully explained by quantitative data alone. Through qualitative interviews with facility staff, the study seeks insights that contribute to the development of a prompt and effective initial response system for cardiac arrest cases.
