Key inclusion criteria

Adults aged 65 years and older with no history of taste disorder

Key exclusion criteria

1.Patients with cognitive impairment, defined as an MMSE score of 23 or below (in the case of implementing taste training)
2.Individuals who declined to participate in this study
3.Individuals with allergies to sucrose, sodium chloride, tartaric acid, quinine hydrochloride, hydrochloric acid, or monosodium glutamate
4.Smokers
