This study aims to retrospectively investigate background factors and treatment details among lung cancer patients with social vulnerabilities, such as those receiving public assistance, living alone, or being extremely elderly, and to explore measures for improving their prognosis.
Others
For lung cancer patients with social vulnerabilities such as receiving welfare benefits, living alone, or being extremely elderly, explore prognostic factors and establish a stable medical care system.
To explore and identify issues concerning medical care and support systems tailored to the characteristics, condition, and progression of lung cancer patients receiving welfare benefits, living alone, or who are extremely elderly.
Investigation of the relationship between prognostic factors and psychological preferences in individual patient care and treatment selection.

Male and Female
The following criteria must be met by all eligible individuals:
Patients diagnosed with lung cancer based on imaging findings, tumor markers, histological findings, etc., who are receiving medical care at Tokyo Jikei University Katsushika Medical Center as inpatients or outpatients, and who are either receiving public assistance, living alone, or are super-elderly (aged 85 or older).
(1) Patients must have a medical record in any department at this hospital and a history of examination at this hospital.
(2) Patients aged 18 years or older and under 100 years of age.
Exclude individuals who meet any of the following exclusion criteria.
(1) Individuals who have declined to participate in the study
(2) Patients who have received a definitive diagnosis and treatment at another institution and have no record of intervention at this hospital.
