To classify the quality of stretch-shortening cycle (SSC) function during drop jump performance based on the presence of a transient impact peak during landing and the degree of "spring-like behavior" (correlation between Center of Mass (CoM) and ground reaction force), and to clarify the resulting differences in movement-specific biomechanical parameters among the classifications.

The study design is a cross-sectional study.
Healthy participants with sport experience will be recruited, and informed consent will be obtained from those who meet the inclusion criteria.
The measurements will involve lower extremity biomechanics during the drop jump, utilizing a three-dimensional motion capture system and force plates.
