Primary outcomes
At baseline, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months, medical evaluation will be performed using the Harvey-Bradshaw Index (HBI) symptom score.
General physical condition, presence of abdominal pain, number of watery stools per day, presence of abdominal mass, presence of complications (arthralgia, uveitis, erythema nodosum, aphthous ulcers, pyoderma gangrenosum, anal fissure, new fistula, abscess)
