Comparison with Standardized Exercise Intensity
Participants were divided into two groups: the CFT group and the circuit training group. The CFT group performed two sets of "Squats 10 reps, Burpee Jumps 10 reps, Sit-ups 10 reps, Push-ups 10 reps" with no rest between exercises. The CT group performed two sets of the same training with 15 seconds of rest between exercises.
Comparison with Standardized Exercise Duration
Participants were divided into two groups: the CFT group and the circuit training (CT) group. The CFT group performed "Squats: 10 reps, Burpee jumps: 10 reps, Sit-ups: 10 reps, Push-ups: 10 reps" for 4 minutes without rest between exercises. The CT group performed the same training with 15 seconds of rest between exercises for 4 minutes.

Male
Participants must be students of a technical college who have provided informed consent, have normal blood pressure within the standard range as determined by a medical checkup, and show no physical abnormalities whatsoever.
Individuals whose blood pressure falls outside the normal range during a medical checkup, or who have at least one physical abnormality
