To examine the responsiveness of the EBPQ-J by evaluating score changes before and after an EBP training program for physical therapists.

Changes in EBPQ-J scores (particularly in knowledge/skills domains) before and immediately after the EBP training program
Key secondary outcomes
- Pre-post changes in all EBPQ-J subscales
- Effect size evaluation using standardized response mean (SRM)
- Exploratory analyses of the relationships between pre-post changes in EBPQ-J scores and demographic characteristics (age, sex, years of experience, type of workplace, prior EBP education), with demographic data collected through the same Google Form as the EBPQ-J responses

EBP training sessions (approximately 30 minutes each) will be provided to physical therapists every two months, for a total of 3-4 sessions. Each session will cover a different theme.
