Key inclusion criteria

Those who do not have a habit of exercising
Those who agreed with the purpose of this study
Those who agreed with the objectives and content of this study

Key exclusion criteria

Those who have been diagnosed with cardiovascular disease during a health checkup.
Those who have musculoskeletal disorders in their lower limbs and have difficulty exercising on a bicycle ergometer.
Smokers.
Those who are allergic to zinc and alcohol.
