Primary Objective:
To investigate the effect of eight weeks of selected yoga exercises on layer syndrome, gait performance, and fall risk in elderly women.
Secondary Objectives:
To evaluate the impact of yoga training on pulmonary function in elderly women.
To determine the effect of yoga training on mental health and psychological well-being in elderly women.
Efficacy
To investigate the effect of eight weeks of yoga exercises on layer syndrome in elderly women.
To investigate the effect of eight weeks of yoga exercises on gait performance in elderly women.
To investigate the effect of eight weeks of yoga exercises on fall risk in elderly women.
To investigate the effect of eight weeks of yoga exercises on pulmonary function in elderly women.
To investigate the effect of eight weeks of yoga exercises on mental health in elderly women.

The intervention consisted of 8 weeks of cyclic yoga training, performed three times per week, with each session lasting 50-60 minutes.
The program was designed in collaboration with a certified instructor and included selected asanas, pranayama, and deep relaxation

Presence of layer syndrome
Upper crossed syndrome
Lower crossed syndrome
Sports injury during the intervention.
Absence from training sessions for two consecutive sessions.
Occurrence of physical problems such as neck, shoulder, or spinal pain, as well as fracture, dislocation, bone injury, or exercise-induced pain during the program.
