The objective of this study is to perform the MUSCAT Assay (Multiple S-cationized antigen beads array assay) using plasma from patients with esophageal motility disorders, in order to identify markers useful for the diagnosis of esophageal motility disorders.

The objective of this study is to perform the MUSCAT Assay (Multiple S-cationized antigen beads array assay) using plasma from patients with esophageal motility disorders, in order to identify markers useful for the diagnosis of esophageal motility disorders.
The primary endpoint is to perform the MUSCAT Assay using plasma from patients with and without esophageal motility disorders and to compare the autoantibody results between the two groups.
