Observations and examinations will be conducted for the following items. Additionally, two biopsy specimens will be collected from the terminal ileum during routine endoscopic examinations and utilized in this study.
Patient demographics: age, sex, medical history, comorbidities (diagnosis, disease stage, treatment), medications, and imaging test results (CT scans, endoscopy)
Blood tests: complete blood count and biochemical test results
