Objectives

Narrative objectives1

The objective of this study is to perform comprehensive cancer panel analysis on gastric lesion tissues derived from patients with Gastric Adenocarcinoma and Proximal Polyposis of the Stomach (GAPPS) and, as controls, gastric tissues from non-GAPPS patients, in order to elucidate their genetic mutation profiles.

Basic objectives2

Others

Basic objectives -Others

Paraffin-embedded tissue blocks will be analyzed using the QIAGEN QIAseq Targeted DNA Panels Human Comprehensive Cancer Panel to assess mutations in 275 genes.
