Narrative objectives1
The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of initiation of calcimimetics (CM) on treatment-resistant anemia in dialysis patients with CKD-MBD. Additionally, we will provide a detailed description of the course of prescriptions and laboratory values related to anemia following the initiation of CM.

Primary outcomes
As anemia-related outcomes, we will assess erythropoietin resistance index, platelet count, hemoglobin levels, the dose of erythropoiesis-stimulating agents, C-reactive protein levels, iron sequestration index, and the use of iron preparations (oral and intravenous).
