Narrative objectives1
We will collect information on patient characteristics, diagnoses, treatments, and the course of outpatient cardiac rehabilitation from medical records, including electronic health records and laboratory data, for patients with cardiovascular disease who have initiated or undergone outpatient cardiac rehabilitation.

Using the information obtained, this study aims to clarify the current status of cardiac rehabilitation provided by primary care physicians, contribute to the establishment of a high-quality healthcare delivery system, elucidate the clinical risks, benefits, and outcomes, and promote the safe and appropriate dissemination of cardiac rehabilitation.
