Information on patient background, diagnoses, treatments, and clinical course during both the acute and chronic phases will be collected from medical records, including electronic health records and laboratory data.

This exploratory study aims to assess the current practice and temporal trends in the clinical outcomes of cardiac rehabilitation (CR) in patients with cardiovascular disease, based on the collected data. The ultimate goal is to contribute to the improvement of healthcare and to disseminate findings nationally and internationally.

Hospitalized patients with cardiovascular disease who received cardiac rehabilitation
Key exclusion criteria
Patients deemed inappropriate for inclusion in the study due to insufficient medical record data or other relevant reasons, and those who declined data provision through the opt-out process.
