Patients with stroke undergoing rehabilitation
(1)subarachnoid hemorrhage; (2)early discharge scheduled during admission; (3) pre-stroke modified Rankin Scale score >=3; (4) measurement difficulty due to comorbidities; (5) severe cognitive dysfunction; and (6) other reasons.
