To evaluated the effects of core stability training on stable and unstable surfaces for 8 weeks on shoulder muscle strength, proprioception and rang of motion in individuals with rotator cuff tendinopathy

Primary outcomes
1.shouldersmuslces strength: Measured using an isokinetic dynamometer before and after the 8week intervention.
2.shoulder proprioception: Assessed by joint position sense test using an Isokinetic devices pre- and post-intervention.
3.shoulder range of motion: Measured with a goniometer in flexion, abduction and external rotation before and after the intervention.

Key inclusion criteria
Both Neyer and Hawkins tests positive
No history of severe injuries such as fractures and tears of the rotator cuff muscles, Pain in the deltoid muscles of the shoulder
No neck abnormalities, inflammatory, rheumatic, or neurological diseases
No history of surgery
Painful arch and no participation in strength training programs for at least the past six months
Key exclusion criteria
Missing two to three practice sessions
Inability to continue studying
Absent one of the pre-test or post-test sessions
