The aim of this study to determine the effects of listening to live sports broadcasts for bedridden patients on the radio on their sleep and autonomic nervous system.
Efficacy
Listen to sports on the radio from the evening until bedtime and monitor their sleep patterns during night.

Male and Female
Individuals expected to be admitted for 3 or more days, sufficient for study implementation
Individuals interested in watching baseball
Bedridden patient
Individuals from whom written consent for participation in this study can be obtained
Individuals whose hospitalization was triggered by mental disorders such as depression or anxiety disorders
Individuals deemed inappropriate by the principal investigator or co-investigator
