Other related information
Semi-structured interviews will be conducted with nurse managers, and verbatim transcripts will be prepared based on the narratives obtained and field notes taken during the interviews. From these transcripts, segments related to psychological safety will be identified and coded as units of meaning. The similarities and differences among the codes will then be compared, and similar codes will be grouped to generate subcategories. Subsequently, the relationships among the subcategories will be examined, and those with related meanings will be consolidated into higher levels of abstraction to form categories. Finally, the findings derived from these categories will be used to examine nurse managers' understanding of psychological safety, derive implications for improving the work environment, and explore strategies to support continued employment.
